So as per Jared's suggestion of organizing dungeon runs better, I want to use the website's Calender to help schedule runs for the guild. If you click the calender tab on the website, you might notice a bar running down the side called Project Vindictive. We used that in CoH to organize groups together.
I was thinking we can use that and the calender on the website to help coordinate dungeon runs, by allowing people to sign up for a certain Dungeon. Also, we can have back-up sign-ups, so that if people don't show up, someone else can take their place. We can use this for Bastion Stair runs to get people ready for Blood and Bile, and eventually, Lost Vale.
Also, anyone who wants to be a dungeon leader for certain nights please post in this thread so I can post your name up, and so people know who to contact. Your name will go in the Project Vindictive bar, which will now be renamed Dungeon Leaders.
We made extensive use of this in CoH, and it worked extremely well. What we also did there was give anyone calender permissions who wanted them for events. So if you want to be able to schedule events on the Vindictive website, just ask me, and I'll give you edit rights for the calender.
To get this to work though, we need to encourage as many people as possible to check the website regularly. So if members ask about getting into dungeon runs, tell them the place to get info is on the website, by just going to the Calender tab.
Thoughts and feedback?
