He's like a pet dog in many ways.  No, he doesn't come to me when i call his name, but he will crawl around on me and he's very curious plus i can give him a scratch every now and then without him thinking my fingers are food.  I can even hand feed him shrimp and such and in the summer i'm going to start working on leash training him to take him outside when possible.

Better than my actual dog, she just bites me if I don't give her tons and tons of food the fatty...

lawl, my monitor will outlive your dog also which is sad.  Apollo can live up to 30 yrs and grow to 5-6ft.  He's around 3-4ft now counting tail to snout.

She's a mix between a couple things we havent really been able to figure out. I think it's like a german shepard mixed with something else smaller.
