What can we (officers/leadership) do better?

I've read or heard on vent that there is growing concern about leadership leaving regular members behind doing events or just leveling toons in general. Most of us are in t4 with our mains, so we have started to neglect other teirs. I just want to make sure all of you initiates and other lower ranking members know that you are important as well, and we do want to know what you think about how we operate and what we could do better. Keep in mind there are only so many of us, and aren't going to be on 24/7, but we still want to know what you think! What things are you guys wanting to do as a guild, or what concerns you guys may have about something?

Well...

It's tough for me to say...cos I play England time and there's not many on.

And I don't know how many people that feel neglected actually use the website. 

But here's some wacky ideas from Beatle that everyone can participate in...

PQ Marathons....various tiers no level restrictions within reason (obviously a level 2 can't do chapter 17) But you get it...
Guild Naked Touching Day - do you know how many cool titles you can get for doing things naked??  I suggest it be a group effort.

Well im not sure who the leaders r in hammer, but you can go along with nakid touching day and add nakid pics of the festivities as well

Guild Naked Touching Day, gonna skip the far to easy perv comment here... lol. I have most of the naked titles on my marauder already, but hardly any on all my other toons, if i have any at all on them. I may not have any at all on Claymore. That would be fun, and a challenge to get teams together and go do PQ's without any armor and work on the tome unlocks together. Get a 12 person scen team together and going streaking threw one would be funny as hell.

As for the chicken fighting, I believe we've been challenged to this by a order guild, not sure about how to set it up logistically. Way easy to get griefed... :p
 
ummm...scheduling meet ups with Order...isn't that against terms of use or something...

Yeah talked w the guild leader from Iron Wolves Tuesday and they want to schedule some cock fights, we all meet up in a lower teir rvr zone and have an all fight of couse this will be frpsd. He was also discussing us having some 1v1, 3v3, and 6v6.
 
My input to officers and leaders is as follows.

I do not have a problem with any of the guild officers as individuals.&nbsp;I want to make that clear from the start, as&nbsp;I&nbsp;started playing with a lot of them within hours of all of us coming into Vindictive.&nbsp;I seperate this from Leaders because anyone can be a guild leader.&nbsp; Someone who encourages better preformance and a good attitude with other guild members and our allies.&nbsp; Who is willing to take a few hours of their own play time and help those of lower teirs or level to get ranked up.&nbsp; All officers should be like this, but you dont have to be an officer to fulfill that&nbsp;role.&nbsp; People who show this characteristic I think are ripe for promotion to the Doombringer level, over the appropriate course of time.&nbsp; This is where I think the core of Leaders should be placed.

Some things I noticed while after being gone a short&nbsp;4 days and my comments on such preceptions.

Our Officer core is shaped like a mushroom rather then a pyrimid, like&nbsp;all Officer structures are shaped.&nbsp; We have twice the number of Warmasters as we do Doombringers.&nbsp; I think this should be reversed and&nbsp;bring in more Doombringers.&nbsp; Right now&nbsp;I think we have Tryden at top, Aribella and Uchoo as Dreadlords, then 13 Warmasters and then 8 Doombringers.&nbsp; Anyone else see how this picture is wrong?&nbsp; My suggestion is to take&nbsp;1 - 2 Warmasters and upgrade them to Dreadlords for a total of 3-4.&nbsp; Then, because I know no one likes the idea of demotion (even if for a good reason) bring up 10 more people to the Doombringer level over the course of the next 1-2 weeks.&nbsp; I know any number of us can promote people to the same level, and I would be happy to monitor people and promote and/or suggest those I think deserve it to said level.&nbsp; The goal would be to have at least twice as many Doombringers as Warmasters.&nbsp;

Another suggestion would be, that if anyone has a main who is Warmaster or higher, to&nbsp;voluntairly demote any alts of Warmaster or higher level to the Doombringer level.&nbsp; Officers should do Officer buisness from their Main that way everyone (Guild and Ally)&nbsp;knows and can see it comming from the same source everytime.&nbsp;&nbsp;Anyone new to the guild will also have it easy when trying to reach out to any Officer.&nbsp; Its a short list of names, and God forbid, anyone have a problem with an Officer, they dont go bringing up that concern to an unknown alt rather then another Officer.&nbsp;
 
Im VERY new to Vindictive and saddly right after i joined i got a 2ndjob thats keeping me from playing as much as i want to. Anyway i justwanted to say from an outsiders point of view ( only saying outsiderbecouse i havent seen much of the leaders or the roles they play yetbecouse of my lack of playing lately) That the post right above memakes alot of sents to me, and sounds good form were im reading. I mayfeel differantly if i knew more about whats been going on but i thoughi should go ahead and throw that out there.

But truth be told i think any guild would be wonderful if everyone work togeather like these guys.

We are actually working on getting our doombringer and warmaster ranks sorted out currently. Doombringers are our intitate officers, and Warmasters are full officers. We try to only have one toon each in these ranks, so it doesn't look like we have 100 officers... The reason we have more Warmasters than Doombringers currently is we promoted a lot of the people from Doombringer to Warmaster recently. 2 just a few days ago even. This is a big concern for us right now, but we don't want to be hasty promoting people to leadship rolls. We've actually discussed this tonight in the officers meeting. So it's something we are quite aware of, but we want to make sure we keep the best interest in the guild in the long run in mind.

Yeah beatle I went ahead and fixed that doombringer problem sorry about that. ( Foo Fighter version Darling Nikki- FTW)
 
I think I was promoted cos I couldn't speak in alliance.&nbsp; I'm always willing to help, just don't need the title.
