What do I need for permadom - Tryden's build

Okay, here's my build. I'm too lazy to look up what I need for permadom, and was wondering if anyone here could tell me. I understand that the recharge bonus has to be over 71% ( I could be wrong). What sets should I be looking at? I have all SOs atm, most of which are level 50 grays. So I need to update his stuff.

***Note***: Mu Guardian is slotted with 3 Heals, not Hamis. The designer didn't let me slot it with heals.

I had to slot Decimation into your Crush power inorder to achieve perma dom with your build.&nbsp; The good thing is that you're not gimped as a result of this because your damage powers are slotted with damage IO's so they still do damage and your control powers can still be slotted with control IO's.&nbsp; The bad thing is that you can only perma dom when you have Hasten running.&nbsp; Your Hasten will have a 19 seconds downtime though...so your dom isn't perma unless you make your Hasten perma.&nbsp; I didn't do this because you would have to slot your control powers with damage IO's therefore making it...gimped.&nbsp; This is all done while keeping all your powers the same...if I can change a couple powers around then you would have a perma dom build.
