My AT&T bill has always been $175 a month, except apparently this month. I just called them to try and get the issue resolved, though they told me there was no error and that I had massive overage charges. DESPITE NEVER FUCKING USING MY PHONES. Going to the Verizon store, later ya'll.

Oh AT&T, why are you so bad? Honestly you just need to keep bitching and it'll get resolved. True story, we had an incident regarding our at&t tv service they kept saying there were no problems, turns out there was they "issued" us a credit, but we never got it called back got transferred to some lady, where we told her the history of their bad customer service and the bitch hung up with us. Anyway good luck with them and/or Verizon.
