How important is Hasten for my EM/WP Stalker?

Made him for PvP obviously =).  I'm getting Fitness and Leaping for sure since I need the maneuverability of SJ and CJ in PvP.  Then I'm planning on getting Medicine for Aid Self and either Tough or Phase Shift...so I have to drop Hasten for it.  So how important would Hasten be in this case?

If you have time, help me pick out the pools too please:

Fitness - For Stamina
Leaping - For CJ/SJ
Speed - For Hasten
Fighting - For Tough
Concealment - For Phase Shift
Medicine - For Aid Self
 
hasten isn't very important these days with availbility of IOs pretty easy to cap dmg and hit 80% on recharge and end red for your attacks. Unless you are trying to reduce the CD of one your secondaries not familiar with WP.
 
Here is my ghetto version I made on Cohplanner.com... without the dreamy purple IO's & fitness. This build is very tight, so fitting in what is needed  was tricky and little more resistance for ice/fire dmg.

.&nbsp; Envy could take on a Granite Tank with his EM/Nin and so will I!!

Envy told me that a certain part of Assassin Strike is unresistable and that part does like 600-800 damage or something...on top of the energy and smash damage...at level 50.&nbsp; So if that is true then I can time it correctly and pull off 2 or 3 AS and be able to take a Granite down.

Along with ET you can do like 1500 dmg.&nbsp;&nbsp; <span style="FONT-SIZE: 8pt">If they had DP up you are talking about 2k+ hp (3k+ for brutes and tanks) so two shoting them will be hard especially a regen who will be heal up quite quickly.</span></span>
 
Your Assassin strike is unresisted, your energy transfer is not.
no. 1, you would need to hit him everytime.
no. 2, if your killing him with AS alone, he must be afk..
no. 3 , focused acc = lol defence

you could kill a SO regen with dullpain down, as long as they were AFK..

Well, if your going to scrap it out with Tanks, Scrappers go with Lanks build with MoB and fitness in for the SS & Lethal resistance.. you can go wrong without with fighting pool with boxing/kicking and tough.. then smashing & lethal protecting. Goodluck with the build and tells us how well if performs. I'm interested in making one.
 
I'm hoping /WP will do well.&nbsp; It's the only secondary besides Dark Armor that provides resistance.&nbsp; Focused Accuracy wont do much since I'm not defense-base anyways.

Survivng would be a lot easier if I can fit both Aid Self AND Tough into my build.&nbsp; However...Hasten helps my attacks recharge faster so without it I'd be doing a bit less damage.&nbsp; So now it's either survivability or damage.&nbsp; Then there's also Phase Shift

you have around 8-10% resistance to elemental dmg, you are defence based to these types (in my build 32%)

if you get hit by a blaster with blaze, and he comes up and smacks you one with BS and TF, regeneration aint going to save you on a stalker.

your best bet would be to pop a heal, if your still under heavy dmg, pop phase, wait for heal, wait for heal to nearly come up again, then get rid of phase and continue on your way.

Tough would be nice, but mobility would be much more important, you have recon to compensate, as well as placate
