So is slotting for Acc Debuff worth it?  I want to design this guy as team oriented.  The debuffs seem more appealing in that light than dmg does.  Thoughts?  Suggestions?

not for dark blast its way to small to make a difference, also tohit debuffs have been nerfed recently they used to have 33% per SO now its down to 20% IIRC. Anyway darkest night has better debuff than all those attacks chained together.
